Episode 120 – Hitsugaya Scatters! The Broken Hyorinmaru

In this episode, despite the use of bankai by Hitsugaya and Renji in their battle, they still cannot overcome the powers of Shawlong and Illfort. In another place, Ichigo encouraged by Grimmjow to use his bankai but Ichigo refuse to do so. Later Shawlong and Illfort released their zanpakuto while tell Hitsugaya about their arrancar ranking structure under Aizen’s plan.

The Soul Reapers team know they have difficulty to continue fighting but later they received confirmation from Soul Society that they have granted permission to maximize their power!
