Episode 60 – Truth of the Despair, the Dagger that has been Brandished

Hitsugaya and Matsumoto entered the Central 46 Chambers. Their mission is to find all of its residents slaughter. Hitsugaya and Matsumoto tried to trail Kira when they saw him. Hinamori also has entered the Central 46 Chambers at the same time. Ichimaru meet her up and took her further into the chambers, the place where she reunited with Aizen. Aizen uses his sword to stab Hinamori, and he left the chamber with Ichimaru.

When Hitsugaya arrives and tried to use his bankai, Aizen defeated him readily. Retsu Unohana appears and accuse that Aizen is actually a spy. Later on, Aizen reveals that every Soul Reaper has been under the hypnosis of his zanpakutō, except Kaname Tōsen.
